Problems Recieving Confirmation Email

Hi,

In order to get the hosting I need to confirm my email address. I have typed in the right email and I am not recieving the email to cofirm my email address. I have looked in the Junk folder but there is nothing there and I have been signing in and out just to see if it could be something to do with my account. However, I am recieving all the other emails, but not yours.
