Problems with Hosting Panel, Website Access, FTP, and Forum Login

Hello!
I'm trying to log into the account control panel, but it redirects to https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN which is unavailable. The website https://novogami.x10.bz/ is also not accessible. FTP is not working. I have tried both Chrome and Firefox, cleared cache and cookies, and disabled extensions. When I try to log into the forum, it says the password is incorrect. Changing the password did not help. I had to register a new account specifically to contact support. I hope this will not be considered as multi-accounting. Please help!

I read about a similar issue in this post: https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/btw-x13-hosting-control-panel-timeout.212351/post-998367. It appears that my IP address was blocked by your firewall. I was able to access the site using a VPN. I checked access to the site through a proxy and found that everything is blocked. Guys, please allow me to decide who can access the site and who cannot. If it is not possible to grant me this control, at least refrain from making this decision for me. Please disable the firewall for my site.

Thank you very much! Site, ftp, panel is work now without change IP. Site via proxy work too! Perfect! Just my old forum account "novogami" still not accept my password, but it not so big problem, I can continue with "novogami_x".
