problems with my databases

hi ever since the maintainance i have not been able to upload any componants to my joomla site this is important to me as its my company so need this sorted asap please

if you have a backup of the database from before the maintainance could i have it replace the one i got

What is the database name?

Also, upload issues would be outside of our control. They are normally caused by permissions not being set correctly on folders. Please check all your permissions and make sure they are set correctly for the script you are using.

not sure of the name of data base now it doesnt bother me so much now its more the fact of the uploading when ever i upload any addon to joomla it comes up saying file size to large

Can you paste the exact error you're getting and\or take a screen shot?

not sure how to do screen shot but i get a plain white screen with this

im now getting this reply with alot of things im trying to do:
