I've got an ongoing ticket with Support, and I haven't received a reply for a few days now.
I sent them a nudge and still no reply.
Then I got a message through saying that seeing as I haven't replied for 72 hours, please message them within 24 hours or the ticket would close. That wasn't true, but I messaged them anyway.
Still no reply so I just messaged them now. Anyone else had this? Or has anyone spoken to Support so that I know they're responding?
My error which has been going for weeks now is that I need to allow ASP in my MIME types, but I cannot access the MIME option via my admin section for what it's worth.
Any suggestions for either issue mentioned here are greatly welcomed.
