Problems with my website

I'm on free hosting and for a week, week and a half I can't load my website. I have a Wordpress blog and phpBB3 forum and whenever I try to load them it sends me this message "Error establishing a database connection" or "General error". The website is located on Server: xo2. It's about car racing games and motorsport news.

If you open your database in phpMyAdmin, do the tables look intact?

No, I can't access phpMyAdmin. This is what I get instead.
