I have 3 problems.
First i dont know when my site will open again.
Second i have not access to my cpanel to transfer my files to other server until you fix problem
Third my site is closed more than a week.

My cpanel name is mcstefan

Can you make something to help me???

Your server is chopin and your account is one of those that are not successfully transferred to the new Server in recent Migrations. see http://status.x10hosting.com/post/378985872/transfers-update-part-2 for more info.

Everything will work after account transfer.. please wait for some time

Once transfer on chopin done... your account will be back.. and you can do anything to it.

If you want to buy paid one... then go to http://x10hosting.com/premium.php to order one.
after that your account will transfer to paid one..

We don`t know the Exact time..

But we hope it will be done soon..

There's no telling when the accounts will be back up. When there's some change of status it will be posted at http://status.x10hosting.com

There's no way to access the files on old chopin so unfortunately you, like all others who's accounts also failed in the first transfer on chopin, have to wait until the work is done.

From the speed of the transfers, and the amount of accounts being transferred per-minute... And there being thousands of accounts on the server, this process could take a few days depending on what the Administrators are doing... But your account will be back soon, so just be patient
