I did not know QUITE where to put this, and it isn't really a problem so it doesn't deserve a service ticket.

I'm in the middle of trying to start a very small web development business. I do NOT have a lot of start-up money (okay, I don't have ANY start-up capital) and I do not anticipate a lot of "business" for some time. Mostly, I am taking sites that get pushed to me from another marketer, but I also take on projects on my own.

I'd like to be able to set up hosting accounts for these clients that I would get on my own, including domain registration. I have been a customer at x10 for about two years, and like the service I get and the response time to tickets, and feel the hosting packages are adequate for the types of sites I'd be setting up.

What is the best way to approach this?

The only options to be able to sell hosting service through us is having a VPS which you sell service from, or having a reseller account.

For the first one you need to at least have some linux knowledge, VPS's come unmanaged. You can pay extra to have basic management and/or cPanel though.
For the reseller option, you get a bit more help from us regarding server management, which makes it easier to start of with.

For VPS options: http://x10vps.com/
For reseller options: http://x10premium.com/resellers.php

Both can be upgraded as business takes off.

You can not use our free hosting service as a base for a business of setting up hosting for your clients (other then suggesting it to them and they sign up for an account themself).
