For questions about our paid/vps packages, the best place to ask is the clients area (if you already have a client account).

However, that link does only takes me to the start of the purchase process and does not show the step you are at and not to information about what package you are looking at, which makes it hard to give a direct answer related to the specific package you are looking at.

VPS, by definition is Virtual Private Server, which means that you share the node (the server the VPS is hosted on) with others. Only you will have access to your specific part of that node though (except our support staff in case needed).

The VPS dedicated comes with a set of resources that are dedicated (CPU and the guaranteed RAM) for your VPS, the node itself would still contain more then one VPS though, thus the burstable part of RAM would be shared.

If there's still any questions, please specify what package you are looking at.

Hello,

With cPanel, you get a software based firewall "CSF" (Config Server Firewall), you can view more about it here: http://www.configserver.com/cp/csf.html

As stated above, these are on VPS nodes but there are very few users on these nodes as all resources are dedicated, minus the burstable ram.

If you need an entire server to yourself, you want a 'Dedicated Server', not a 'Dedicated VPS'.
