Hi hamradi2,

On free hosting, our only requirement is that users log in to their account's cPanel at least once every 31 days. We don't monitor traffic for inactivity; instead we monitor your cPanel logins. :)

Thank you,

be sure to log in to your cPanel account each month - at [ https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ ]

from x10hosting's TOS (Terms of Service)
Code:
7. Inactivity
Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 21 day period and then removed from our
servers (terminated). All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed
with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required
users visit the x10Hosting Account Portal located at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ at least
once every 30 days. Accounts must have a working website within 1 week.

That's it. :) There is nothing else necessary for you to fulfill the inactivity requirement, as the email you received was just a warning. Once you login, you will not need to login again for another 31 days.

Thank you,
