Question about Premium hosting

I have a question about premium hosting. I've checked out the free hosting comparison and I wanted to confirm if premium hosting includes SSH, as it doesn't mention it on its website.

It is available, just not enabled by default, you would need to ask in a ticket to have it enabled for your account.

Thanks Anna, just thinking about that. I'm considering either premium web hosting or a VPS, since those are only 2 dollars apart.

I have a x10VPS and besides me breaking it, it's been pretty reliable

To clarify, however - I'm not the worlds greatest at Linux, or firewalls (my biggest foe!!), but there's always been someone available to help if I need it whether that be through support tickets, IRC etc.
