Question about subdomains

I have a free exofire.net subdomain registered with my free hosting account; http://thefreenet.exofire.net.

I would like to create a new website called Stock Photos at this URL: http://thefreenet.exofire.net/sp

Is it possible to create a new directory within my existing account, or do I need to make a subdomain called sp.thefreenet.exofire.net?

I don't want a subdomain though; I would rather create a new directory and put another website in that directory.

Is this possible?

Yes. It is possible. Just create a sub-directory in public_html and proceed.

call the subdirectory sp and then the link to it will be: http://thefreenet.exofire.net/sp simple as that, good luck and have fun. =]
