Question about suspension

My account has been suspended for inactivity. I thought I was doing what was necessary to avoid that problem. I would go to the home page at http://x10hosting.com and I would log in at the upper right hand corner of the page...I thought this was sufficient to avoid suspension for inactivity...is there some other step I need to take to avoid this in the future???

That is account panel login it is NOT counted as activity.

You need to login to forums (here) atleast every 31 days. Only forum login counted as activity.

You need to login to these forums once every 31 days, the account panel and cPanel doesn't count.

You can unsuspend yourself from the account panel

Thank you for the response. My account has already been unsuspended and I appreciate the quick action in that regard...

I guess I am still a bit confused because, for example, to post in this forum, I logged in as I described above and did not have to log in again to make a post here...so what is the difference?
