Question About xo3 server timezone

Hi All,

I noticed that the server Timezone is set to America/New_York and the time is currently showing as 01/07/2014 07:00:46 when i use 'date('d/m/Y H:i:s')'. However, Google shows America/New_York to be Tue 1-Jul-2014 07:57 A.M. There appears to be a 56min difference between them? Or i am being thick and missing something?

I've re-synced the time with a time server.
