Question Marks?

I am unable to get onto my website www.Project-Lipp.org and i allso cannot edit the page at www.Project-Lipp.org/admin The pages are filled with question-marks,

Could anyone fix this for me or give me any suggestions on how to fix it?

The servers are under migration, That may be causing this. Have patience.

I'm actually a premium customer, My account has already been moved, I did open a ticket in premium support but i never get a fast enough reply there, It seems free service was better than before i paid thats why i posted it here.

If you are paid customer and the account moved recently, Then The server move may be causing the domain pointing old account. If This is not the case then you have to post support ticket in clients.x10hosting.com

Hello,

I did check up on the little I can when it comes to premium accounts. It does seem that the domain points to the correct place, which is a good start, but doesn't help much in this case.

Does look like some issue with site builder though, which unfortunately I can not access to do anything about, nor is it entirely certain that is the cause.

Well still no response from premium support ticket surprise surprise,

I checked my index.php and admin.php they seem to have scrambled, Could someone just send me a replacement of "index.php and/or admin.php"? Maybe then it will work?
