Yes. It would actually be better then many other options as you want it to have no formatting.

You can also login to DirectAdmin and go to file manager and create a file (index.html) inside public_html and paste the text into that file and save it.

I Think I Will hold off on pointing the site to Cloudflare for a little bit. Just to be safe

I worked then it chashed even with the index.html and the code

index.html is a replacement for your website, not a fix. You can just delete it if you want. What I was demonstrating is that .html files work better than .php files and if you put up an error message, your users will know about it instead of getting no site at all.
