I would like to add an additional domain but it seems like its capped at 3 domains?
Is it possible to add another?

Yes, free hosting is capped at three domains, so if you used up your allowed domains, you can not add an additional one.

If you need to have more domains in your account, premium hosting would be needed as that have unlimited domains.
