Questions about x10Premium

I'm thinking about upgrading to x10Premium hosting and have a question about the service in comparison to free x10hosting.

I run a website about the video game Animal Crossing. It is an online auction script for the various items in the game. I've been getting complaints from users not receiving emails from the site.

Does the premium hosting have a better/less stressed mail server?
Is there an emails per hour limitation like on free hosting? I'm not at 100 per hour yet but I'm probably close.

Sorry for the delay in reply to your questions.

1. Yes, the email server on premium would be less stressed and with that it would also be more reliable.

2. While I am fairly certain there is some kind of limit to ensure that the email server does not get blacklisted for spamming I do unfortunately not know the exact limit at this time. I will see if I can find out though.

You could also send an email with your questions to support@x10premium.com which would give you the best answers since I, as most others that frequent the forums, do not work anything on the premium side of x10hosting.
