Probably the wrong forum section but I don't know where to put this.

How easy is the upgrade from from free to premium, does it just automatically move your site over to the premium server?

Any sort of timeline when Illuminated 1$ a month will be released?

If you register the Premium for 3 years, then cancel before the 3 years, do you get a partial refund on non used hosting time?

best way is to open a support ticket after you account is setup then ask staff to move it for you

Hi dankestg,

On the x10Premium signup form, you will be given the option to "Include Migration of an x10Hosting Free Account". By checking this, your free hosting account will be automatically moved to x10Premium, at no extra cost.

While I do not have an estimate on when our free hosting upgrades (such as Illuminated) will be available again, our development team are continuing to change to change how our control panel works, and this involves changes in our upgrade system.

Thanks for your help guys. I'm interested in possibly expanding my forum to have a wordpress frontend, and some type of youtube clone script.

I know the free hosting probably isn't supposed to support something like this. Would the illuminated hosting work for a site that allows users to upload HD video, or would premium be better for something like this?
