I was trying to check email through one of the accounts, and it gave me an error saying that I was over my quota:

Internal Server Error
User 'sf3ecomm' is over quota.
cpsrvd/11.26 Server at chopin.x10hosting.com

I logged into cPanel to see what went wrong, and learned my disk space usage is at 1039.73 out of 1024 MB.

Also, when I go to Disk space usage in cPanel to see what is taking up so much space, I only have 502.75MB worth of data in my public_html directory, and only about 15MB in my mail directory, and I do not use any of the other directories.

So much for being unmetered...

Your plan is not unmtetered, you still have the old plan (adfree-adfree), no accounts were automatically moved to the new unmtetered plan, as that also does change the number of available databases, subdomains etc.

You can see the specs of the current free hosting plan at: http://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-comparison

Let me know if you want to be switched over to that. In the mean while I'll take a look at what could be causing your disk usage.

ah, that makes sense

If it would be possible to have it switched, that would be great.

-tried to make account details match what the new plan is, and when deleting one of the SQL databases, cPanel said it was successful, but it still shows up as being one of the 3 in the stats sidebar (not sure if it will matter, but the database had dup in the name (was for dupral))

Your package has been upgraded to the adfree-infinity plan.

Assuming you get that on loading your page, please try clearing browser cache as I can see your page just fine

Just logged in today (4/10/2011), and was happy to see this:

Disk Space Usage 519.93 / ∞ MB

So I guess either someone fixed it, or it just sort of fixed itself...

Thanks again for all assistance.
