Radio Statistics Not Working on my website

Hey, for some reason my new Radio Statistics are not working on my website, they grab the information from the ip and port of the radio.
Our coder made them on a different web host and they worked fine, but on this web host they don't, so why are they not working?
It may be something to do with outbound connections or inbound connections being disallowed?

What do you mean, "does not work"? No logging at all? All the some IP?

How is it coded? PHP?

You are now behind a load balancer and the script would have to be adjusted to look for a different environmental variable.

Yeah they're just showing the offline message and some error code on line 14, even though they worked fine on the other one

There's always the possibility that the port you are trying to use to see if the radio is online is blocked in our firewall. Free hosting does block all but a few commonly used ports.

Also it would not be something we'd add an exception for based on user request, unless it is something of common interest. Premium hosting does allow a little more flexibility in this case though.
