random slowness

Yeah its been very odd, but occasionally my site loads very quick - fine and all that. Most of the time this is not the case, and my users seem to notice that its almost always very slow loading! Anything I could do to fix it?

The upgraded mySQL server will improve speed over all if you have anything that rely on mySQL for the backend.
