I have not installed any rapidleech on my server, so why does my account suspended????

Having some issues with SSH so I can't login to your account to double check the violation, however you were -manually- suspended, which means with almost 100% certainty that if someone goes into your account and looks, they'll find it.

That said I'm bookmarking the thread, I'll take a peek tomorrow if SSH will play nice.

SSH is still not playing nice, but with it being a manual suspension reason, someone had already looked and found it to be installed. We can't override that.

Got an update from a different user more familiar with one of our staff's suspending practices - the account was terminated because of the space it was using because of the rapidleech on the account. For it to be terminated manually in such a fashion, it had to have undergone a manual review and found to be in violation of the TOS.


Edit: Just wanted to clarify this a bit. Manual reviews mean a live user already checked the account and found something that shouldn't be there. Rapidleech in particular tends to use a ton of space on the server with the files it downloads - it's very easy to find.

Please re-read my post. It already details that your account was already removed from the server because your install of Rapidleech sucked up way too much space to leave it sit for a minimum of 14 days before the auto-terminate system erased it for you.

As this is a permanent suspension under the Zero Tolerance policy, no backups or unsuspensions can be given. Backups are the responsibility of the user.
