on 25 aug you unsuspended the account
on 29 aug you sent another suspension warning claiming 56 days inactivity.
surely this makes little sense

now i'm even more confused ...
you unsuspended the account on 25 aug then, just four days later, you suspended the account again stating 56 days of inactiviy.

You have to log into the forums (as Anna stated) before the account is unsuspended, or it will immediately be added to the suspension queue again.

thanks, i understand that i need ti log in to the forum, not the hosting side,
HOWEVER,

1)
you said that you were going to suspend the account for inactivity

2)
you unsuspended the account (from what you say, this would be done as someone had accessed the forum)

3)
after 4 days you again said that you were going to suspend the account

If you never visited the forum between point 2 and 3 the system would still have seen your account as inactive and thus placed another suspension, an unsuspension request does not mark the account as being active.
