Suspension ID: 8F9AD9469D53

What is considered to be a working website other than the following working link:

http://nenglee.x10hosting.com/online

Well, not anymore now. Please tell me, according to x10hosting, what I must do to make my site a working web site. To me it is a working website...in progress through the above link.

Hi nlforum,

Your site was suspended for reason "No site." This means that our website review team was not able to find a proper website on your account, and saw a directory listing when accessing your root domain.

I recommend that you create an index.html or index.php file in your public_html folder that redirects the user to the /online folder if your main website is located in /online. If you do this, the directory listing will no longer be there and your website will become acceptable as a legitimate site.

If you agree to do this, an account manager will be able to unsuspend your account.

Yes, I agree to put an index.php in my public_html directory.

That is what I tried at first. But it doesn't seem to work. When enter in this link: http://nenglee.x10hosting.com, I get a directory structure view instead of my index.php. Please give a pointer. Thank you.

Hi nlforum,

We realize that entering your root domain gives you a directory listing; that is what initially got you suspended, as our review team did not accept a list of files as a real website.

When making your index.php file, try adding only this to the document:

<?header('Location:http://nenglee.x10hosting.com/online')?>

Thank you.
Edit:
I tried to put file index.php on my public_html, but I can't without unsuspending my suspension.

If this will happen quick then I'll wait to do this, otherwise I'll check back later.

Hi nlforum,

I am unable to unsuspend your account, as I only provide community support. Once an account manager sees this thread, they will be able to unsuspend you.
