re-link my forum and host acounts

I was looking through all the help and it re-directed me here too get my forum and host re-linked.

I have has x10 for a long time now... several years... but I haven't been to it in a long time so that's
probably why there unattached. I can get on my forum account but any time I go to the account panel there's problems. thanks!

If you haven't logged in for a long time, your hosting account might have been terminated.
Accounts that are inactive first get suspended and then if the suspension isn't dealt with within 10 days they get terminated.

To check if that is the case we need to know your cPanel name.

As LadyAnna said, your hosting account may have been deleted. The easiest thing to do would probably be to re-sign up for your domain, and see if it's available.

thanks a bunch!! I completely forgot about that...

I remember it was a real pain and it always got suspended!! ha
and then I'd save it.....

but yah I'm definitely going to have to make a new one.
