Re-open hosting account

I haven't been using x10 for a year because I switched to another free hosting service. I would like to go back now, can my account be re-activated? Pretty please!? Take me back! My other free hosting company died on me :-(((

Your account was no doubt terminated after the inactivity period passed. You can create a new one and link it to your current forum account.

EDIT: never mind.. just logged into mine without the ftp. at the beginning. Cool!

Yes, but it won't let me use my old email "The email address you have supplied is not available.", how do I go about that?

Hm… not sure. An account manager may need to take a look at it.

I spoke to an admin, apparently that error message comes from trying to create a new forum account with the same e-mail as the one you use now have.

When asked about forum account, just enter the user name and password of the current one.

Solved, I just had to skip to Step 4, when it was giving me an email warning.
