I got a mail suspending my webinar account because I host proxy on it. I am sorry for this because I never knew it was not allowed. However, I wish to use my account for proxies and would like to know what it will take for me to continue to use it in terms of costs.
I will appreciate if you could be of help on this

It is clearly state in the TOS that proxies are prohibited, it also part of our zero tolerance policy, meaning the account is permanently suspended.

The only way you can run a proxy is by signing up for a VPS account. VPS's are unmanaged so it'll require at least basic linux knowledge. You can see price plans at http://x10vps.com
