Any one having troubles with sites failing to load should look at the account manager page.
MySQL is currently down, and Drupal, Joomla, or any other PHP sites will not load successfully.
More then likely, when the PHP changes were made, MySQL needed to be restarted, and no one watched to make sure it did.
This isn't huge problem, but it is the root of most peoples current problems.
Please post in this thread with your server, and a link to your page, as well as the status of SQL in your account manager.
