I've not called you a liar, however I do have to speak with one of the other staff members on the proper protocol for this. I can't simply reset your password for you -- we have a lot of back-end systems that need to be synchronized, which is all done through the account panel. To be honest, I don't even have access to reset your account panel password.. and even if I did, you don't know your email address, because you encrypted it for some unknown reason.
I get that you are frustrated, however I feel as though you're passing the blame for your password encryption failing onto us. That's not our fault. I'm speaking with one of my coworkers now about this.
