Your account violated the "File Hosting" part of our TOS

* File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech.

* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.

This is a permanent suspension, all access to your hosting account has been permanently revoked.

the files is only maps and mod for cod4 and cod5. do not have anything illegal

creating a site with links to the files, solves the problem?
I have a forum group on another accommodation if you get here already can keep the files?

The problem is under a zero tolerance permanent suspension, even as a prime member, you can't get the suspension undone. It's quite clearly listed that we don't allow file hosting, and in particular it mentions game file hosting, which you just confirmed.

Linking to the files would've been fine, but since they were actually hosted, we can't unsuspend you or provide further access.
