Recently my account got suspended although I have repaid my Inactivity Timer

I have recently renewed my "Inactivity Timer" by paying the fee.
Yesterday, I had to get my account unsuspended due to inactivity via forum.

Do you have the details from that transaction?
I don't see it being renewed, and the previous expired on August 19th, on your account so we might need to set it manually.
