Recv failure: Connection reset by peer

Hi. I made a login form for my game and I can connect easily, but if I disconnect, then try to reconnect, it gives me Recv failure: Connection reset by peer and I can't login again for about another 5 minutes. This is a new error to me so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. How do i get rid of this error? Thanks in advance.

Yes. In my game, I have a text box that displays any errors I get from a php file trying to connect to the database. This was the error I got.
