Regarding Prime-Account

hello,

i am running a game site, which feeds games from mochimedia.com, all are flash games,
check it out: www.onlinegamezone.co.cc

my account got banned saying i am using high resources.
If i upgrade to prime-membership, will i get banned ever then?
Seeing my usage please tell me whats suitable?

I've unsuspended your account and taken a look at the site and the logs.

With your current usage, there's still a chance you will get suspended on Prime.
Highest note for CPU usage was a bit over one full CPU, limit is set at maximum 25% for a limited period of time (60seconds), by using more then 25% of one CPU for at least 60 seconds you trigger the suspension.
There was also a couple notes about memory usage going over its limit, max there is 4% under a 60 second period, your highest note was at 5.4%.
While prime allows for using more resources before being suspended, it still doesn't allow you to use that amount of CPU.

Premium would be more suitable for coping with that. There's limits there as well of course, but with faster servers you are less likely to go over their respective limits for two reasons: the CPU limit it self is higher (50%) and the time frame during which you can use a high amount without being suspended is longer.

Illuminated would also be a good option, not 100% sure if it would follow the free hosting limits or the paid, or something in between, but there's no automated suspensions on either Premium or Illuminated at this time (that I am aware of).

Illuminated can only be bought at a 5 year deal though ($60) while Premium offers various payment plans, the longer you sign and pay for upfront, the better discount you get.

Although I'd still suggest that you start with taking a look at any plugins you are using with your wordpress, some are notorious for causing a HRU on free hosting, WP-supercache is one of them, although it may depend a lot on how you configure the plugin.

i am shocked for such logs by my site.
may be i might try some modifications,
i would raise a question, does loading of flash games cause this? or loading of my site?

The arcade plugin does indeed seem to be a part of what's causing the HRU suspension.

The first log entry that I checked, which is what I based my first reply on, did only indicate the index.php file though, which isn't very conclusive.

The log entries for the latest suspension however does point towards the arcade being the cause for the problem. The last suspension also holds significantly higher cpu usage in average, with notes that goes towards 1 full CPU and about 70-80% of a second one (7 concurrent processes open).

Please help me out, i have changed every thing to low config so there is no suspension.
I have made the posting Manual, rather then feeding..
But still account got suspended.

What should i do? I m ready to take prime-membership if this is going to solve.
Or i may found another hoster?

ok, thanks for info. i paid for theme to a reseller. May be he cheated me.
Can i make new account without using that theme? there wud be no issues this time.

It is highly likely that the reseller in that case did cheat you and you should try and dispute it. The original theme author does not allow reselling of the theme. The official page for the theme is: http://wparcade.com/
