Regerting URL path

Hello, i have a problem handling with cronjobs.I don't know the full path of a file that is on the main folder "public_html".It is said in the guide that i need to find the path:

"/usr/local/bin/php turns.php"
substituting the proper path to the PHP CGI binary.

can you please help with this situation finding the correct url?

As described in many other threads, "/usr/local/bin/php" is the proper path to the PHP interpreter. "/usr/bin/php" also works, as does "/usr/bin/php-cgi". The problem is you also have to give the full path to the script to execute, which might be your public_html directory, a descendent of it, or somewhere else under your home folder.
