registration doesent work

ive attempted 4 times to create an account for web hosting
never worked with 4 differents mails

i receive the confirmation code on step 10 i use it when required
registration confirmed
continue to the panel
then it report an error and wont log me in
then loggin from http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082/ doesnt recognize me
please let me know wht is wrong
