reliable mail delivery

hi,
i've tested my domain via dnscog.com. the service told me that my dns-server only provides one mx-server for maildelivery.

so my question is:
can i add another mx-record than starka.x10hosting.com?

here's a snippet from the log:

Recommendation
You should consider including a secondary mail server to handle your mail if the primary server fails.

yepp man i know this. i'm using everydns to handle that.
sorry, my miss. i just wanted to know if i can take use of others like stoli.x10hosting.com or cirrus.x10hosting.com and take those as second mx. i don't have an external mailsever...

No, you can only use your servers mail server.
