Remove DNS entry, please!

I want re-create a subdomain but appears me this error:

Unable to add the domain name − (XID tp8mun) A DNS entry for the domain “marketingcontentnet.negociosingresosonline.tk” already exists.

Can one of the administrators remove my DNS entry, please?
