Removed a parked domain, added a new, and now I cant have emails

I had 3 email accounts at previous domain name, but I didn't remove them before deleting the domain from my hosting account. I just parked a new domain name and it is still saying I have 3 of 3 email accounts created, but is not listing any. I attached screenshot to show what I am talking about.

I intend on purchasing upgrades, but the staff has been rude so far. (not slander, I have the emails) I can't even get help with this simple issue, why would I upgrade?

Hi blackga2,

It looks like there was a caching issue that meant cPanel was still counting the email accounts deleted with your parked domain. I have forcefully refreshed the cache for you, and it looks like the email account count has been restored back to zero.

That definitely doesn't sound good. If you could PM/email me some more information on this, I'm happy to look into this for you.
