It's nice, very clean and interesting design: one problem though. You have it set up in a frame, so I cannot see the URL of the page I'm at. Try setting up your domain to use the x10hosting nameservers instead, it'll be much easer. That way, instead of:

[x10url]/page

You'll have

[yoururl]/page

Very nicely designed, and I like the graphic used at the top. I really love the colours incorporated in the top banner, but think the background could stand to be something not so...white. Either that maybe a little more contrast between the sidebar and the background. The transparency on the server status text is nice visually, but just a bit difficult to read. I'd suggest using a lighter shade of green (but not more saturated).
