REQ: Change main domain

I would like to have the main domain kanjidad.pcriot.com changed to logstrosity.com as it won't let me in the user panel or add the domain as an addon in the cPanel.

Hello,

What error do you get when trying, if any?

Currently it shows that you have that domain as an add-on. You have to remove it as an add on before you can make it your main domain.

descalzo: it may show in account panel (account query) while being removed server side, which would prevent them from changing it. I have noticed that account panel seem a bit slow on sync lately.

bluehat_16: Do you currently have it listed as addon, or parked, domain in cPanel?
