Resolved Request a backup from the old server

I was in vacation in the past month, and I just noticed that the old server is fully shut down some days ago. I would like to have my DB backup from old server as I miss the chance to update my DNS record. Thanks.

There's not really a easy way to just extract the database backup, the backups available would mean we wipe the current DirectAdmin account and kind of re-do the transfer from the backup package.

Have you made any changes inside DirectAdmin that you need to save before I go ahead with this?

Thanks for the quick reply. It is OK to re-do the transfer me. I have changed the subdomain setting in DirectAdmin only, I will set it up again after the process.
