Request: Disk Space Increase

Hello @Anna,

I am looking to increase the disk space available for my account: x03 ( http://motormikeinc.x10host.com ).

I attempted to link my forum account, and received a 500 error through the support panel. Please let me know if I may provide any additional information.

For reference in case any one else wonders, these are the requirements:
1. Account is at least 7 days old.
2. Account does not in any way violate ToS.
3. Account has a working site.

If you can't link with this forum account, then please use the one that is already linked (all hosting accounts do come with a forum account), you should have seen the name of it on the same page as offered linking. All support requests needs to come from the linked account so we can properly verify that you are indeed the owner.

The majority of your space is taken up by the gallery you have, so this part of the ToS is important that you take notice on (by the looks you're actually slightly over the 500mb limit on the gallery alone):

Personal Image and Video Galleries
Personal galleries are limited to 500MB of disk space for images and videos.

Once you confirm that you are aware of that limit and will adhere to it, please post from the proper forum account for this so I can do the upgrade for you.

Hello @Anna. I had to reset the password, but I am now using the correctly associated account. Thank you for sharing the ToS regarding the gallery limitation. I have re-evaluated the images, and they are now under 500mb. I can confirm I will adhere to the limit. I would like to request again the additional space for this account. Thank you.
