Request disk space increase

I couldn't find any official instructions on how to go about this, but it appears the proper way is to create a post request here?

Can this be done for my account? I believe I'm meeting the requirements.

you must be using 75% of your current disc space before getting an increase.
you should clean out any unused files like archives or backups.
all files should be used by your website and following the terms and conditions.
staff will need to review your request.

note:
