Hello,

Thank you for your attention and for the explanations provided.

I recently subscribed to the X10Hosting Starter Plan. However, I have noticed a discrepancy regarding the number of email accounts available under the plan.

Before purchasing the plan, the information displayed indicated that up to six (6) email accounts were included. Considering that one of these accounts is the default system email account, my understanding is that users should be able to create and use up to five (5) additional email accounts. As shown in the attached screenshot, this is the information currently advertised for the Starter Plan.

However, after activating the plan, I noticed in my cPanel that only four (4) email accounts are available in total. Taking into account the default system account, this leaves only three (3) email accounts available for use.

I subscribed to this plan specifically to benefit from the number of email accounts advertised. Therefore, I would appreciate understanding the reason for this discrepancy between the features promoted and the resources actually available on my account.

For reference, my account is registered under the email address amilton.vidigal@gmail.com and is associated with the domain almar.ao.

I would be grateful if you could kindly provide clarification regarding this matter and, if applicable, adjust my account limits to match the specifications advertised for the plan I purchased.

Thank you in advance for your attention and assistance.

Kind regards,

Amilton Vidigal
