I have accident deleted folders public_html , public_ftp and cannot access to my website.
Could you please re-initiate my account?

Site works and all these directories are still here; am I missing something?

I'll take a look at this when I get home, but by the look of the lines livewire posted all that needs to be done is set the correct owner for those folders.

However if you did in fact delete them and the system simply re-created them, which might be the case given the wrong owner, all content you had in those folders will be gone.
