  • My website uses 50% of your disk space;
  • My website is in good standing (no current suspension);
  • I have valid website that follows our Terms of Service; and,
  • My account is 7 days old.
My website meets to your given four requirement. so please give me UL quota space.

You are not using over 50% of your disk space currently, so you do not meet the criteria for an upgrade (you are only using a bit over 200 MB, or 20%)

Also, make sure that every file in your download folder is
  • related to your site,
  • and you have permission from the copyright holder to distribute

I highly doubt Adobe Reader 9.0 fills either of those criteria.

ok.

@Skizzerz
i agree. but the website i made it have online pdf form fillup & that requires AR 9.0, not lesser version or not latest version it requires AR 9 only. so i kept AR 9.0 only not the latest 10x. i m not selling adobe reader but if my visitor go to help & says that this website requires AR 9. 0 so where to find perfect version of this. so not let to go my visitor for searching this perfect file i kept this & gave link to download AR9 from my files. thats all. if u think that this is abuse then i'll sure remove it after your reply.

Anyways thankyou....

You don't have redistribution rights for Acrobat Reader. You are permitted to give your users a link (even a direct download link, as long as it's from Adobe or an authorized redistribution channel), but you're not allowed to distribute the file yourself.

You would need to remove it indeed, given that you don't have redistribution rights for it, having it on your account instead of linking the official download would actually be a violation of copyrights.
Please note that a link any unofficial download source could still cause you issues as by US laws you can not link to illegal distributions either, that would be aiding in copyright violations. So putting it on your dropbox account for instance would be just as bad from a legal standpoint.
