Request for unmetered disk space

Hi! I'm having trouble creating local backups of my website using the BackWPup plugin. My log includes this error: "ERROR: ZipArchive returns status: Write error: Disk quota exceeded"

I'd like to submit a request for unmetered disk space to see if that resolves the issue. Thanks!

ps. Any news on when the "Illuminated" hosting plan - or something at a similar price point - will be made available again?

Hi,

I have upgraded your account for unmetered didsk space. However, please make sure that these backups are not being stored on your hosting account.

Our Prime and Illuminated packages are currently undergoing a revamp, but I don't have an estimate as to when they will come back, unfortunately.
