Request for Unmetered Disk Space

Hi,

I'm in a bit of a tough spot right now. I was on vacation over the summer, and wasn't able to log into my account, so it was deleted. Now I have to rebuild my website. The thing is, I need to present the site next week at a leadership training conference, and must have it done by then.

In order to finish in time, I was wondering if you would be gracious enough to make an exception and upgrade my new account, even though it hasn't been active for a week yet.

Hi Orthodo4,

Thanks for your disk space request. I took a quick look at your account, and it looks as though you have about 35 MP3s that each exceed 10MB, adding up to about half a gigabyte of space. Unfortunately, on our free hosting service, we have automated scripts that automatically delete files that exceed 10MB on free hosting accounts, even if they have received a free unmetered upgrade, and so it looks as though these files will be deleted soon. If you don't want to upgrade to x10Premium (which does not have this restriction), I would recommend moving these MP3s onto a separate file sharing service, and then link to these files from your x10Hosting website.
