Request for unmetered disk space

Hey,

I've been trying to upload files through FTP and the server won't accept any more files stating the error "226 error during write to file".
It's similar when I try to upload the files through the online file manager as well.

Could an admin please allow unmetered disk space if that is the cause to this problem?
