Request for unmetered disk space.

When i first signed up for this service i read your advertisement that touted unmetered space, yet when i actually get into the service i find that i have been misled as has many other people expecting to find what you promised yet in actuality, you only get 512mb and have to meet special yet arbitrary requirements to actually get that space.

I would like to now request that my webspace be increased to unmetered as promised.

Since the hosting account is not yet at least 7 days old, you do not at this time qualify.
Doesn't matter if the client account is older, we check the requirements versus the active hosting account only.

The requirements may seem aribitrary to you, but they were thought through by management before being set.

Well, tell management that their decision to make false and misleading promises in their advertising, just cost them a paying customer. My next step was to upgrade to their highest level of hosting with a 3 yr. contract paid in advance, but your stance here indicates to me that you would also be a not to be trusted vendor, unworthy of any honest business dealings of any kind.
